Booking cancellations

Our cancellation refund policy states refunds on cancelled detail bookings will only be issued if the cancellation was 1 full 24hr period before the booking was due to take place.

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel the booking either through the website or by contacting us by phone on 07885597514.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.

Postponing/rescheduling

If you wish to postpone and reschedule a service booking you need to do so a minimum of 5hrs before the booking was due to take place, to allow us to rearrange our calendar and fill the slot. Failure to notify inside the 5hrs prior to the booking will result in the booking being cancelled and no refund being given.

Bookings may only postponed once. Subsequent postponement will equate to a cancellation without refund.

Gift cards

We do not accept refunds on gift cards. But gift cards have no expiration date.
